Meet Your Orthodontist

Dr. Josh Gilbert, DMD, MS, was born and raised in Highland Park and is proud to serve the community where he grew up. He is passionate about helping children, teens, and adults achieve confident, healthy smiles in a welcoming and comfortable environment.

Dr. Gilbert enjoys building lasting relationships with families and takes pride in explaining treatment clearly, so patients and parents feel confident every step of the way. As a specialist in orthodontics, he is committed to using the latest techniques and technology to deliver excellent results with a great patient experience.

He believes every patient deserves a personalized treatment plan and works closely with families to recommend the best approach for a healthy, confident smile.

Dr. Gilbert remains actively involved in the community and previously served as President of the Highland Park Chamber of Commerce and President of the North Suburban Branch of the Chicago Dental Society.

He lives in Highland Park with his wife, Dr. Erica Gilbert, a local pediatric dentist, and their children, Ari and Seth. Outside the office, Dr. Gilbert enjoys running, working out, golfing, and cheering on Chicago sports teams. He is also a proud finisher of the Chicago Marathon.

Dr. Josh Gilbert DMD MS, has achieved Board Certification status from the American Board of Orthodontics.

This is a distinction only about 30% of Orthodontists attain. He is trained in all current trends in orthodontics and strongly believes in having a state of the art practice while maintaining a down to earth office atmosphere.
